It appears to me that Russia seems to have a defective gene that prevents its rulers from seeing the immorality of genocide and unprovoked war as evidenced by the current Ukraine devastation of her culture, her cities, and the genocide of her proud people. To what end? When will the Russian govt. be held liable for Ukraine’s sorrow, and summarily held accountable?
